General Introduction: Chocolate Coating Machine is a special plant which can be used for enrobing liquid chocolate onto surface of candy, pastry, cookie, biscuits etc. Basic Procedure of Chocolate Enrobing Machine: Melting Chocolate - Conveying Products - Coating Chocolate - Cooling Advantages of Chocolate Coater: The machine can coat chocolate on one side of the product or both sides. 3 independent working zone Hot blow, CIP coating mouth could be adjusted in any directions The chocolate quantity used for coating is controllable. After the product surface going through the hot air rectifier, extra chocolate will go back to the mixing tank and realize recycle. After coating, the products will go to the cooling tunnel to be cooled. The tunnel adopts high density insulation board, and made of plastic which conforming to food grade.
